Every Othla delivery
can carry two boxes.
Yours — the one with the millets, kefir and copper kalash.
And theirs — a bag of clothes, books, toys or stationery that our delivery partner collects on their way back.
What you can donate
Four categories we currently accept. Only send items in good condition — someone will actually use them.
Clothes
Washed, folded, wearable — no undergarments
Books
Textbooks, storybooks, anything in readable condition
Toys
Clean, working, no broken parts
Stationery
Pens, pencils, notebooks, crayons, geometry boxes
How it works
Four steps. Ten seconds at checkout. Zero extra trips.
1 · Pledge at checkout
At checkout, tick the give-back accordion, choose what you'd like to donate — clothes, books, toys or stationery — and add a note if you like.
2 · Pack it alongside your order
Keep the donation bag ready for the day your Othla order arrives. Fresh, folded, and clearly labelled works best (clothes have a short hygiene checklist).
3 · One doorstep, two deliveries
Our delivery partner drops your order AND collects your donation in the same trip. Zero extra emissions, zero extra planning for you.
4 · We hand it to a vetted NGO
Every donation is sorted at the store and delivered to an active NGO partner whose programme matches what you gave. We share a short thank-you when it lands.

A few honest notes
Is this only in Bengaluru?+
Right now, yes. Give-back appears only for delivery orders inside Bengaluru — our delivery partners work here and we sort every donation in-store before it goes to an NGO.
Does it cost extra?+
No. There's no fee for pledging or for the pickup. All you pay is your normal Othla order total.
What if I only have a few things?+
Even a single set of clothes or a stack of storybooks helps. Small donations move quickly to the right NGO.
Do I get a receipt?+
We share a short WhatsApp / email confirmation once your donation reaches the NGO. This isn't a formal 80G tax receipt — those come directly from the NGO if they're eligible.
